o THE HILTON has been recognized in the first annual Boot Awards for its Web site use. It won the best use of online medium in the hotel category and as the best high-tech friendly hotel.
The site, at www.hilton.com, was voted the No. 1 site for its booking capabilities, ease of navigation and convenience. The site includes interactive maps with driving directions for every U.S. city and the availability of short-term, reduced rates at select hotels.
