Any provision found to be unenforceable by a court of law shall be construed for maximum effect, and shall not impair any other provisions. (b) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. These Terms and Conditions shall not be modified except as expressly stated herein above. Any disputes relating hereto or to any use of this Site shall be resolved exclusively in the State or Federal Courts located in the State of Florida. You and NewsBank both consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for any and all such disputes. |
